What about Scorpions?

At our Campsite at Muloorina Station just South of Lake Eyre in April we
had 3 or 4 5cm Creamy white Scorpions running around in the leaf litter
under our feet. ( Big Buggas )
Luckily no-one got stung. I found the oval holed entrance to their
burrows
in the sand and realised I had erected the tent on top of one of those
entrance holes. When we carefully packed up the tent next morning there
was a scorpion sitting in it's entrance hole watching us.

Cheers,

Peter.
