Congratulations to Phil Gregory - he definitely takes the cake for the highest number of birds I've never heard of in a single email (31). I was going to waffle on about my year's highlight - a remarkable 20 minute Atlas session out from Cunnamulla, but I don't think I'll bother now. It WAS wonderful, though! Merry Christmas and all the best to everyone on Birding-Aus and happy birding, whatever form it takes.
