Sad to hear of only two Queensland teams competing. A question -- is Qld doing its own "thang" this year as well? A few of us took part quite happily as uninformed amateurs for 4 - 5 years. Unfortunately, we're now that much older, and being all sedentary office-worker types, we find that late October -- November is just too damned hot to be roaring all over the countryside for 24 hours.
