Hello Tony and all Dede and Dick O'Brien and I saw some cute fledglings the other day too, at Nourlangie Rock in Kakadu NP; two Sandstone Friarbird fledglings and a Banded Fruit-dove fledgling. The Banded Fruit-dove was sitting quietly by its parent, who had a protective wing draped over the youngster.
