Pejar Dam between Goulburn and Crookwell, NSW is the best place for
Great-crested Grebes that I've come across in my travels. Seeing one
or two GCGs is always a highlight for me, so seeing scores of them at
Pejar Dam was a real jaw-dropper! I haven't been back there for several
years, but if you are in the area it is certainly worth a look.
