birding-aus I have a colleague from NZ arriving mid-April and hoping to see Superb Parrots around Orange where I live. They breed a little south and west of Orange (e.g. Panuara, just south of Mt. Canobolas) and in various other spots I know of in Central and Southern Tablelands and Slopes in Spring-Summer but are usually gone by April. Can anyone suggest the nearest spot where they might be seen? Replies direct to me thanks.
