Try the database in Claris Works Jill. It requires only three fields. Name, Location and time (date if your prefer to call it that) and one to Number the files in case you change the order while playing about and wish to quickly restore the original order. It takes a little time to enter names by following one of the field guides. The location field can be sorted as you wish. More upmarket data bases will do a similar job but I find Claris Works adequate. Peter. |
