I know where to find the Cygwin tools for TS-7300. I got the tools in the
development kit as well. I want to know the procedure of configuring the
Cygwin. Like how will I use these files? Will I copy them in my Cygwin folder?
If yes, then in which folder? if no, then what should I do?

P.S. I am already using the VM for compiling but my boss asked me to use
windows cross-compiler
