[ts-7000] FTP with TS-Debian

Guys,
I have an issue trying to FTP from a host using Cygwin to a TS-7200. When 
booting from the on-board flash using TS-linux, i have no problem with FTP.- . 
But when booting from the CF, the FTP idles with the following messages:

 ftp > open 192.168.0.50
connected to 192.168.0.50

and after 15secs, the connection is closed for the remote host. Actually from 
the SBC have not any msg-

What conf need to do to solve this?
