Not running off of flash. The board is booting to an SD with this image:

ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7260-linux/binaries/ts-images/ts7260-linux2.6-etch.dd.bz2

The loadUSBModules.sh script isn't included in this image. The USB  driver 
modules are loaded in another script.

In any case, the USB drivers are loaded and they work fine. Again, I only have 
issues with the file descriptors in /dev when hotplug is enabled.
