I had a TS-ETH100 (10/100 ethernet PC/104 peripheral) and a TS-7260, I had to patch drivers/net/ax8876.c to work.
Maybe this can help.. see my latest patchset (patchset/0008-ts72xx_ts_eth100.patch) on mcrapet.free.fr
