Oh dear. 192.168.0.50/24 is NOT a reference to the tcp port to use!
It means that the address is 192.168.0.50 and it on the network
192.168.0.50 with netmask 255.255.255.0, i.e. a 24 bit netmask!

I assume that you tried to connect to this from another device on the local 
network with an address in the network 192.168.0.0 ? What is the IP address 
of the PC on which you ran putty?
