Hi,
I'm new on this group.
I've got a TS7800 and I try to update my kernel with the version 2.6.32.24 (The
version in « Files »)
The boot sequence starts but I get an error message:
Root-NFS : NoNFS server available, giving up.
VFS : Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS : Cannot open root device « mtdblock2 » or unknow-block(2,0)
Please append a correct « root= » boot option ; here are the available
partitions :
Kernel panic ? not syncing : VFS : Unable to mount root fs on unknow-block(2,0)
But I don't know how to change boot option.
Moreover I tryed all the kernels for TS7800 in « Files » and I followed the
instruction on post 18727, for try an other solution but I have always the same
message.
Someone have a idea for help me ?
Thanks,
Alexandre
Thanks,
Alexandre
