I update the kernel and compile the kernel again to be able use 3GSM connection, ftp, ssh, wifi, boot from sd,i am usign the cron to active the ntp service, and the apache server where i made a server webpag with php, so i can acces my device by web ans see the status of the machine.

Thanks Jim, that's what we were suspecting. But "/proc/irq/78/irq" is the IRQ's driver, right? I'm really looking at some examples to write my driver.
