Sure, but from what I gather from the O/P he has the IAR compiler and 
IDE environment and wants to use that for cross-compiling on his Windows 
box.  It might be possible, it might not, I sure wouldn't want to try 
and compile a kernel with it.... The IDE itself isn't the big hurdle, 
it's trying to get the IAR compiler to output code that will run ontop 
of Linux.
