Well a big reason (tho doesn't _really_ stop them in any way) is this 
group has absolutely no ties to Technologic Systems.  Sure there's a few 
TS employee's that hang out here and we talk about TS products all the 
time, but the group is actually "owned" by Jim Jackson and moderated by 
a few volunteers.  The community around this group has tried to fill in 
the holes, it would be really nice actually if TS would give us some web 
space to do things like that on their page then maybe the projects 
others have started for documenting stuff would have actually taken off :)
