Hello,
I am using 512mbsd-7400-linux2629-lenny-eabi (from 7400 binaries) on
the TS7260 using SD card. The system boots ok and shows 2.6 kernel
running (uname -a) in about 5 seconds. However, when I hit Control-D,
another much slower booting takes place. It seems to be doing it on the
SD card. Can some explain or point me to resource that explains this
second booting? This does not seem to happen in the 2.4 supplied by TS.
Even shutdown seems to be a lengthy process which is of concern if I
want to TS-BAT3 (which just turns the power off and may corrupt the ext2
FS on the SD).

I am trying to get a webcam working with TS-7260 and I need to be using
2.6.21 or above kernel.

Thanks,
-Satish.
