I suspected the same thing yesterday but looked up the power supply and the 
specs look fine:

It's being wired directly (through fuses) to the bare TS-7260 board.

The USB flash drives and readers don't have external power connections...only 
big devices like external hard drives should need power unless the USB ports 
don't meet standard USB specs...

I'm fiddling w/ QEMU now (you can run Debian on it's ARM mode) since I really 
just need a compile environment for ARM code so I can port those CGI handlers 
over.  Fiddling w/ QEMU to get it to go out to the Internet is being more 
painful than it needs to be too :-P
