[ts-7000] TS-7250 LCD

hi, 
I couln't get any display from my lcd by using lcdmesg.c. I changed the code a 
little bit, but still there is no display (There is light but no 
display).sometimes some black blocks come, but it means nothing.
Do we have to do something about lcd before running the code?
