Ok,
I remembered that I made display worked with some efforts. One of the problem which I found was with the way the cable should be conencted on the SBC.
There is a dot on SBC that shows pin 1 and a small notch on the cable which shows pin 1 of the cable. I found the display worked if I do not obey that convention. Instead of connecting 1-1 I experimented with tilting the cabel and it worked.

I doubt that problem was there with that connection. I didnt investigated that problem further once display started working. I was able to write a kernel module for it as well but later on I never worked on this.

I didnt wanted to share this experience with you. But if you want to do try this better ask embeddedarm first. Please do share your experiecne with us.
br,
Abid

I checked the cable and code. Code is running on the sbc. I added some message for me to display them while its running. It writes some printf expressions at some stages. It processes the writechar code. There is nothing about code. We also checked the pre-compiled code. I think the problem is at connection or on lcd. I don't know. we tried another cable but nothing changed.
