I have seen that error too.  I have basically tried to configure commands with different results.  First I tried this:

echo yes | ./configure -embedded arm -xplatform qws/linux-arm-g++ -no-qvfb -depths all -qt-mouse-tslib -qt-kbd-usb -I /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/linux-arm/include -L /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/linux-arm/lib -prefix /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3

/nfs/root.7390 is obviously my nfs mount and where I installed the tslib.  arm-linux-gcc and the rest of the arm-linux-xxx tools are in my path.

When I build with the above config command, everything builds and installs fine.  However, trying to build helloworld gives me this error:

arm-linux-g++ -Wl,-rpath,/nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3-arm/lib -o qhw main.o    -L/home/zz/x-tools/arm-ep9312-linux-gnueabi/arm-ep9312-linux-gnueabi/lib -L/nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3-arm/lib -lQtGui -L/nfs/root.7390/usr/local/linux-arm/lib -L/nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3-arm/lib -lts -lQtNetwork -lQtCore -lm -lrt -ldl -lpthread
/nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3-arm/lib/libQtGui.so: undefined reference to '
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [qhw] Error 1

This looks to me like I'm not building with the correct libraries, although as far as I can tell, ARM 1.3.3 exists NO WHERE on my system.  I am using gcc 4.3.3 with binutil 2.19.1.

So then I tried this command to configure:

echo yes | ./configure -embedded arm -xplatform qws/linux-arm-g++ -no-qvfb -depths all -qt-mouse-tslib -qt-kbd-usb -I /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/linux-arm/include -L /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/linux-arm/lib -prefix /nfs/root.7390/usr/local/Trolltech/QtEmbedded-4.4.3

This gives me the same error you are running into with uic seg faulting.  I assumed some part of Qt was being confused by the arm libraries.  Can you share with me what command you used to configure?
