Hi Scott, Don't worry, I'm not using EABI, so there isn't much special in what I done plus I didn't have time to configure it to run from fast boot either. I think there was complications when I first ran it as I required write access, but this can probably be overcome by mounting SD and writing to that. I hope you get it working because I'd be very interested to see what sort of speeds you get from EABI. On mine, it was a small bit sluggish :( Best of luck with it!
