Actually I think it was Eddie... but the utility is here:

ftp://ftp.embeddedARM.com/tmp/erase_BB/flash_eraseall_ignoreBB

There is also a vmlinux.bin kernel image in the same directory which 
allows bad blocks to be erased, but depending on the kernel you have 
this may or may not be necessary.
