this sort of reset is often due to a power dip. Are you sure that your PSU is
capable of powering the wifi device without incurring a voltage drop?
I can't remember the exact voltage that triggers a reboot but IIRC it's no less
than 4.8V . You really need to insure any power surge is delivered
unflinchingly.

If you are wanting some input on the issue I think you will need to be more
specific than not being able to "talk" to it.
