Hi Charlie,

sorry for the double post ...

in the source tar I found in arch\arm\configs\ this:

ts7800_defconfig:
#
# Real Time Clock
#
CONFIG_RTC_LIB=y
CONFIG_RTC_CLASS=y
CONFIG_RTC_HCTOSYS=y
CONFIG_RTC_HCTOSYS_DEVICE="rtc0"
# CONFIG_RTC_DEBUG is not set

ts7800full_defconfig:
#
# Real Time Clock
#
CONFIG_RTC_LIB=y
# CONFIG_RTC_CLASS is not set

The ts7800full_defconfig is older (6.6.2008) but who knows which file was used
to build the kernel?

According the changelog the rtc driver is present since 8/28/08. Has anybody
got the hwclock utility on 7800 working?

Jiri
