[ts-7000] TS-COMBOX com port problem

Hi,
   I am using TS-COMBOX having 2.4.26-ts11 kernel version.Problem I am getting 
is i.e. I am using dial up D-Link momdem.When I am using com1 of combox modem 
get initialized when I am pluging it into com2(ttyAM1) ,com3(ttyT8S0) etc its 
fail to initalized on other port.
Can somebody suggest me on this.
