Hi Donal,

First of all, I'm also interested in this driver, but sincerely don't know if 
it's possible.

I'm working with QT4.4 and also using Qgraphicsview. I noticed that some 
transformations may become expensive depending on the way you&#341;e doing 
them...
So, maybe it's a good approach trying to review your code and the examples in 
the example directory before trying to write a graphics accelerator.
