Need to add a bit more to the last reply.... Well the sample rate I need is at least 100Hz. Now its around 50Hz which is tooooo slow. From: Girisha De Silva <> To: Sent: Thursday, February 19, 2009 8:45:48 PM Subject: Re: [ts-7000] eCos Thanks for all your replies guys. For Jim Jacksons question.(Why did you buy it if you didn't research this sort of stuff first? Or are you a student with a behind schedule project?) Well before buying it I sent a email to Grant Peacock < com> and he said that the sample rate is 925 Samples per second. But the adc code sample (taken from the group) takes 20Sec to read 1000 ADC values. So the sample rate is roughly 50Hz. That is why I came to a conclusion that there is something wrong. Going through the messages in the group I thought that I need to install a realtime OS into the board. Thats why I seeked help from you guys. Anyways what about the real time extention for TS-Kernal. With the installation of this and if I load a real time OS given in the CD will this help me to increase the sample rate? Thank you all for your quick responses.
