You might want to look into the TS relay, I'm not sure if it works
with the same power supply but I'm under the impression it does. You
could TS directly. The nice thing about it is it comes ready if your
TS board has PC/104 expansion (a lot of the TS ARM boards do)

If you can't use that one then I'd recommend looking for a buffered 5V
board. Generally 3.3V is enough to be detected as a logical '1' by a
digital buffer. I can't guarantee it, but it generally works.
