How about using the EmbeddedArm TS12 powersupply ($38) which takes 12-38VDC.  Thus you can use the same 12V for your relay board and the TS7800 through this power adapter.

I have some one-off i2c boards that I could give you but their not relay
output.. How much current are you requiring? These are 24 or 32 (can't
remember) 5v I/O and spaced to stack ontop of the TS-7200
