The whining or what you want to call it was by me, not Jaques Chitte.

And I think Jaques points out important facts, the situation for me was a very
similar one
when entering the world of all things TS. There are many confusing statements,
different
outdated documents, confusion about product names, kernel versions, etc.

Your reaction on the other hand is not very helpful. If you know more than
other people
here that is great for you. Probably you have worked with many different units
and got
used all these oddities. It does not change the fact that communication on the
website
could be much clearer, a fact that Ronald politely acknowledged. As a person
who bought
the product based on such statements and who has not worked with any TS system
before
I must say that the process of finding out how things work is unnecessarily
difficult. It is
true that the information is somewhere in one of the sometimes hard to find
documents,
but there is no clear structure to all the information available in many
different places, and
it is not sure whether information one finds is still accurate or long
outdated, etc.
