I did not want to comment, but "preach on Brother Goldberg". Usually you see
companies only change policy when there is a huge uproar in complaints[1] but
based on the comments of a single gifted person on an unofficial forum...well
hey I guess this is the world of Web 2.0 with luser generated content. :-/

Maybe if TS replace their website with an anon editable wiki, much like
wikipedia, things would be better...oh hang on.
Note to TS: how many others on the group have complained? Like other
trolls[2] they end up getting annoyed or killfiled, annoying
thing is I have to reconfigure my mail server with the kill
file rather than my client..well thats this weekends project
Cheers
Alex
[1] thinking of MS stating "oh web standards browser rendering is only
enabled if you add this arbitrary special <meta/> tag"
[2] unsure of a better word
