This is from the modules on the root filesystem on partition 4 of the SD 
card? (/lib/modules...)  This is the latest md5sum - the one you listed on 
the fastboot md5sum wasn't... might want to double check that you copy these 
to the initrd and save the initrd...

I've looked through your dmesg and a strange thing is I don't see any 
messages from the TS-UART driver.  You might double-check that your 
linuxrc-sdboot script is loading these drivers - they normally always get 
loaded from the initrd, not from the /lib/modules directory, so if they work 
in fastboot they should work in fullboot as well...

The fact that the device nodes are showing up at such low minor number is 
strange too... the latest driver uses minors starting at 65.
