I found on a web forum that when using the zydas driver
cat /proc/bus/usb/devices caused the zydas driver to disconnect.
Apparently this was a bug in the driver which was fixed in version
2.21.0.0
I had not compiled the Zydas driver myself before, as I just
downloaded it from the Technologic site.
So I downloded the Zydas driver version 2.21.0.0 which now appears to
include both the zd and zdb driver in one source tree.
I made the following modifications:
1. Copied \linux24_ts11\arch\arm\lib\div64.S into the drivers src
directory and updated the Makefile to compile and include div64.o
2. Added some USB Id's to zusb.c to include my Airlink and Trendnet
devices which I tested to be working with Technologic's zdb driver.
The driver loads fine but when I try: 'ifconfig wlan0 up'
I get the following error at the command prompt: 'SIOCGIFFLAGS: No
such device'
My Question
~~~~~~~~~~~
Are there any other modifications that Technologic had to make to the
source code to get the zdb on there web site to work shown up as
wlan0 ?
Thanks,
Ian.
