Hi,
I have the same problem on four TS-7200 SBCs with the ethernet port.
I can't tell exactly what happened because I wasn't in charge of the
installation, but I know for sure that the ports were all functional
upon reception, as I configured them before shipping.
When I plug the ethernet cable into the port, the LEDs don't light and
if I try to ping any address, here's what I get:
$ ping 1.1.1.1
PING 1.1.1.1 (1.1.1.1): 56 data bytes
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
...
I saw a similar problem on another post but it was related to a
TS-ETH10 acrd with no IRQ jumpers installed, but on a TS-7200 I can't
tell what it could be. Any idea?
Should I send the cards back to TS or I still have a chance to make it
by myself??
