[ts-7000] Flash ECC Error

hi all,

7400 gives an error when it boots. i use ts-9441 to see the console 
output. its console output is like that 

>> TS-FLASHBOOT - built Jan 26 2007
>> Copyright (c) 2007, Technologic Systems
>> flash ECC error!

I placed the boot jumper of ts9441 and its working from on board flash. 
i use save command then i reset the board but it gives the same error.

how can i solve this?
