Hi Bibhu,

You only need to pad the width. You can load images that are less 
than full screen height directly into the frame buffer (this is what 
Technologic Systems do for the logo on powerup), but it needs to be 
the same width as your display.

I would recommend moving to 800x600 for the screen resolution - 
unless your display can't handle the resolution - as it makes the 
display crisper. All you would need to do is change which FPGA file 
loads on boot to select 800x600.
