[ts-7000] TS-PLC update

For those who are interested in our new TS-PLC product, I've put up a few
pages to give you an idea of what the software looks like for this
product:

This link points directly to the ladder logic editor, and hopefully will
give you an idea of how it works.  This page will normally run off the
TS-PLC-CONTROLLER; since oz is not a TS-PLC-CONTROLLER, some parts of the
page will be non-functional (such as loading and saving programs,
committing them to the TS-PLC devices, etc.).  However you should be able
to play around with the editor and create some ladder logic, as well as
access the manual which is here:
