When I first looked at the problem yesterday I did notice that there was
an old copy of the load cgi (not related to the current ladder.html file)
sitting in my cgi-bin directory.  IIRC oz won't serve cgi-bin files to the
outside world.  However I deleted that file (yesterday in fact) so you
shouldn't still get a 403, you should get a 404.  Does this in fact
prevent you from seeing ladder logic constructs inserted when you click on
the buttons on the right?

I'll have to test this from my home machine tonight and see what it does.
