The project I'm currently working on uses a conductivity sensor which has a
built-in temperature probe. The information about the behaviour of the
temperature sensor (ie. the formula for resistance vs. temperature) came from
the following document.
http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&ct=res&cd=2&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lens.unifi.it%2Few%2Fdwl.php%3Fdwl%3D1dTrkN6Uy37S4ubMzcvG64yZ1d2R%26mtyp%3Dapplication%2Fpdf&ei=ZwrPRtuZHpTagQKVnsyyCQ&usg=AFQjCNEmpOm3Uh9A5UuuonTtAif2w8pLww&sig2=HfZA9YLWWdP2xNjDPMosEg

The RS initials appear to be that of a European company and not one of the
various firms known as "Radio Shack" in North America. Hope this might help
you or that it at least gives you some other ideas of things to look for.
