Apologies for this,
It seems like a really DUMB question, but I have scoured the
documentation and failed to find a definitive answer.
I am running the debian sd card installation. on TS7400 and
I wish to install a new kernel, where do I install it?
What I have tried already , is as follows.
1. with an sd card reader on another computer...
dd if=<new kernel> of=/dev/sda1
2. copied to /vmlinux.bin on sd card
I know it's a really stupid question, but I'm afraid I can't unravel the
different board versions and myriad of boot options...documentation
keeps moving about on the ftp server...
I should qualify the above, in case it sounds critical, I really love
the TS7400 and already have my application up and running after only
a week. It really is a very nice little system.
Now where do I put this kernel... (be nice)
