I set up the Yahoo group - without any input from Technologic
Systems. I have no affiliation with TS. All they've done is to add
link banner on their site.
I set the group up, having proviously set up a similar group for the
Toshiba Magnia SG-10/20 Linux box, to help myself get answers I
needed as I started my development. I also saw the benefit of this
type of group to other users.
Technical personnel from TS have kindly given some of their time to
help answer questions on this group, but they are under no obligation
to do so - and due to their workloads (especially on products such as
the TS-7800) any help is greatly appreciated.
I also feel that a products end users, who have been through the same
learning curve with the product, can sometimes be better than the
manufacturer at answering some questions.
I hope this clarifies the situation.
Regards,
PJE
