There was a problem discovered with the firmware on the TS-7400 with
regard to DIO_11 not properly generating interrupts when it was
configured as an external IRQ. A new revision of the firmware was
released on May 10 that resolves this issue. Please contact me off list
and I can get you an RMA to return your board to be reprogrammed as the
firmware is not field upgradable.
