I share your interest in this. Now that Debian 4.0 (Etch) is stable it
is time to move away from a 2.4 kernel. What I am not sure is to which
kernel. I have heard that there were substantial changes between 2.6.16
and 2.6.19(?) and I wonder if Etch choice of 2.6.18 is what we could use
as a basis. I more than welcome comments.
