[ts-7000] latest package of jamvm / classpath

Hi again everyone,

Here is my latest jamvm package / classpath.

This one sorted out a few bugs, including locale issues (the default in 
this package is en_US, but that is certainly changeable by anyone). Keep 
in mind that it has been stripped of quite a few java components (see 
earlier posts for a list of what was removed from glibj.zip).
