Using a linux laptop running Debian, I partitioned a 1 GB sdcard, then
created the ext2 file system, and untarred the tsarm debian
distribution onto it. I then installed it into a TS-7400 and it worked
fine. Following the same procedure, I did the same thing with a 4 GB
sdcard, and when it was installed in the TS-7400, it would not mount.
I got the following error:
$ mount /dev/sdcard0/disc0/part1 /mnt
mount: Mounting /dev/sdcard0/disc0/part1 on /mnt failed: Invalid argument

I look at dmesg and see:
sdcard0: Technologic Systems SD card controller, address 0x13000000
sdcard0: card size 7843840 sectors
Partition check:
 sdcard0a: p1
VFS: Can't find ext2 filesystem on dev sdcard0(254,1).

TS-7400 could use a 4GB sdcard.
