[ts-7000] Hard drive on a TS-9600

I have attached a TS-9600 (with a hard drive connected) to the TS7260. I 
would like to know how to have the TS-7260 acknowledge/recognize the 
hard drive. I have lowered switch 1 (irq 14). If I mount the hard drive 
through a USB attachment it is recognized as SCSI, just like any USB 
flash drive.
