Thanks for the feedback, I figured this out a few days ago but for some reason my post have been very delayed, I think it had to do with my companies e-mail server going down, and messages getting bounced. The pata cf patches for the 7200 don’t patch very nicely and compile with errors. So for now I’m just going to go with the built in 2.4 kernel from TS. In the mean time I’m going to read up in my device driver book and try to fix the patches. Thanks again for the help.

This is the -EINVAL code.

Looking through the code and the cirrus manuals, it seems that
ep93xx-pata.diff is only used on ep9312/ep9315 chips with ide
interfaces. There is no ide interface on the ep9302, but the
ep9312/15 seems to be configurable to use the pins either as GPIO or
ide; hence the check for a conflict.

Try reverting the ep93xx-pata patch, and use only the two
ep93xx-ts7200-cf patches. Sorry for the confusion; as I said I've not
been down this road myself.

Regards, ....... Charlie
