Sorry about that, I was thinking of the 7300; the TS-UART drivers for the
TS-7400 is compiled in to the kernel. If you don't see the /dev file you
may have the wrong kernel. With the correct kernel you should see one
message of these two messages in your dmesg: 'TS-UART/7400 detected a
TS-7400 board' or 'TS-UART/7400 did not detect a TS-7400 board'. The TS-7400
kernel at
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/binaries/ts-kernels/vmlinux-ts7400-ts11.bin.
