Hi, I had some spurious usb problems, with this message (dmesg output): "Maybe USB cable is bad?" Turns out it was right (after quite a bit of googling...): the usb recepticle on my ts-7400 board is damaged, sometimes it would make contact, sometimes it wouldn't. I plan to replace the recepticle with header pins anyway so it's no big deal for me but if you ever get that message, you may want to check this ;) Yahoo!
